After vacationing in the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach area Shawn started researching real estate in the area and in 2009 formed Schulze Properties, LLC. after purchasing Waters Edge 603. Schulze Properties has managed the property for the last decade, generating over 120 five star reviews while continually exceeding guest expectations.
Schulze Properties added its second property, Waterscape B610 in October 2017. A 3rd property, its biggest yet - The Inn at Crystal Beach 708 - was acquired in January 2019. In December of 2019, Schulze Properties closed on Azure 118.
In January 2021 Schulze Properties has undertaken construction on a modern mountain getaway in the Blue Ridge Mountains located in Ellijay, GA with an expected completion in mid-2023. In addition, construction has begun on a Smokey Mountain getaway in Sevierville, TN which should be completed in the Fall of 2023.
The company intends to grow its portfolio of high quality short-term rentals in Florida's Emerald Coast and in the most desired mountain getaway destinations.
